Why isn't my brain working?
The brain controls everything in the body, and many systemic signs of dysfunction actually originate in the brain. In today’s world, signs of brain degeneration are appearing in increasingly younger ages. This class will discuss the role and function of various brain regions, signs and symptoms of degeneration, the connection between the gut and the brain, the brain’s immune system, the role of the spine, and the effects that toxicity, nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalance, mitochondrial dysfunction, blood sugar dysregulation, and more have on the brain. Neurotransmitter testing, nutrient testing, hormone testing, and other forms of functional tests will be discussed, as will Diet and nutrient considerations.
