Daina graduated with an MS in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainability, but found herself most interested in work related to food and sustainability. In the last 5 years she has explored her interests through various positions – environmental research assistant, restaurant event manager, natural builder, barre instructor, interior design copywriter – and discovered that health, cooking and food bring her the most inspiration and fulfillment. Her interest in food and wellness led her to begin her studies as a Nutrition Therapist at NTI in Fall 2018. She hopes to use her certification to spark a craving for health through movement, natural living and, of course, nourishing food. Daina’s NTI staff role is Office Administration Manager.
