Erin earned a Juris Doctorate in 2007 and a Master of Arts in Forensic Clinical Psychology in 2009. She has worked at the intersection of behavioral health and the justice system since 2003, primarily as a forensic clinician and specializing in violent crimes. For over two decades, she has observed the way nutrition was neglected in her education and training, while also observing the lack of nutritional guidance or resources for those with behavioral health issues in the justice systems.
These observations, coupled with her own complicated medical history and self-researched repair by utilizing nutrition, eventually led her to Nutrition Therapy Institute. Erin completed the Natural Food Chef program in May 2022. She is currently pursuing completion of the Nutrition Therapist Master Certificate, as well. Her own business plans are centered around teaching people both nutrition and how to make it easy and enjoyable to eat. She is furthering this goal by newly teaching in the Natural Food Chef Program as of August 2024.
