Chef Lynda Lacher is the founding chef instructor of the Natural Chef Program at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. She specializes in teaching the essential, vital skill of cooking while creating confidence in the kitchen!
Chef Lynda completed the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program, with Deans List honors and trained in France for her externship. She subsequently taught at the Le Cordon Bleu Program at Brown College, MN, from 2002-2005.
Chef Lynda has had recipes published in the magazines “Indulge in Denver” and “Indulge in Boulder.” She is committed to empowering people with the knowledge that what we put on our plates can engender quality of life, deep nourishment and a sense of community.

When I am not in the kitchen you can find me hiking the beautiful Colorado trails.
