The summer heat is over and there is a chill in the air. It’s time to fire up the oven again. We all enjoy the wonderful aromas that fill the house when something delicious is baking.

You may say, “Not in my kitchen, I don’t have time!” but armed with a few techniques you will soon be flinging flour with the best of us.

Come and learn the all-important muffin and biscuit mixing methods. With just these two techniques you’ll be making biscuits, muffins, scones, and quick breads like a pro. Gluten-free alternatives will also be taught.
