The education I received from NTI gave me a powerful platform on which to stand for the work that I love: cooking nourishing food for people. For example: it’s one thing to be able to identify healing foods – it’s another to come from a place of understanding the pathology of disease and how nutrient deficiencies play a starring role. Gaining this education has given me the confidence to develop recipes and dishes that are meant to nourish and support people on their paths to vibrant health.
