In this episode of the NTI PodTalk, we hear from NTI student, Gabija Mazunaite. Gabija shares her personal story of transitioning away from veganism. Listen in as she and Dianne discuss incorporating animal foods into the diet, the importance of nutrient density, and reconnecting to your body’s intuition.
About Gabija:
I’m currently an NTI student and enthusiast for holistic wellness, weightlifting, and especially women’s health. I started an Instagram page to share my love, knowledge, and passion for natural living where I frequently share the importance of reconnecting to our bodies, showing up, and advocating for ourselves! Side hobby turned side hustle – I feel so grateful for the ability to connect to like-minded people and inspire others to live healthier and choose a more natural, holistic-based route in a society that has lost touch with true health.
