In this episode of the NTI PodTalk, Dianne chats with Harrison Laine, a recent graduate of NTI!
About Harrison Laine
Harrison grew up in the small sunny town of Ojai, CA where he developed a deep passion for the outdoors, especially the ocean. After graduating from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor’s in business administration, he moved to San Francisco where he worked as an Operations Manager and Sales Manager for a fast-growing food tech startup. It was here he developed a passion for nutrition and, upon moving to Denver, decided to pursue an education in Holistic Nutrition at the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Arvada.
While working towards his certification, Harrison developed a growing passion for not only nutrition but movement, as he began to see the two as inseparable components of the same equation. This led Harrison to receive his NASM certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and his CrossFit level 1. Harrison views the body as a whole and not simply a sum of its parts and that reflects in the way he trains clients and guides them in nutrition. Outside of work Harrison enjoys trail running, snowboarding, camping, soccer, and sneaking away on surf trips whenever possible!
