About Laurie Rein

Laurie is a Nutrition Therapist Master, Certified Health Coach, and author of the book, Getting To the Best You. Laurie has been a health enthusiast for most of her life. Starting ballet at age 8, she danced through college and then professionally. She then taught at Canyon Ranch Health and Wellness Resort as a fitness specialist teaching ballet, Pilates, weight training, and aerobics, eventually becoming Director of their healthy lifestyle program. Laurie has maintained a Health Coach/personal training business supporting women in their wellness journey for over 30 years. Now at 65, she is committed to helping women be proactive and take charge of their health as we age. Laurie enjoys long walks with her dog, local theater and performing, and the beautiful sunsets in Arizona. However, she is most proud of her son and his vision to make the world a better place.
