About Sheri Johanson
Sheri Johanson is a graduate of NTI’s Nutrition Therapist Master program, and a BCHN® candidate, having passed the NANP holistic nutrition board exam in May. Sheri currently practices as a holistic nutrition counselor, with a focus on empowering women of all ages to navigate health challenges such as hormonal imbalance, inflammation, sluggish metabolism, and weight gain. Building upon her own experience and health journey, Sheri also places a special emphasis on digestion and gut health. Sheri loves people, has a passion for teaching, and personally takes an interest in tough and frustrating health challenges. She can be reached at
