About Lauren:
Lauren Gardiner is a pediatric physical therapist and recent graduate of NTI’s Nutrition Therapist Master program. She decided to branch away from her background in conventional medicine after the stress of being a healthcare worker during the Covid-19 pandemic brought her hormonal health issues front and center. In seeking nutrition counseling for herself, Lauren fell in love with using dietary and lifestyle strategies as medicine. NTI’s emphasis on science-backed, whole foods nutrition aligned perfectly with her evolving mindset on true wellness. She has tailored her research and learning around her interest in women’s hormonal health during the menstruating years. Lauren is excited to begin educating women on how nutrition impacts hormonal health, how to listen to their body’s cues, and how to leverage dietary and lifestyle strategies to address menstrual symptoms.
