Today, Dianne interviews Kate Kavanaugh, the owner of Western Daughters Butcher Shop and Nutrition Therapist Master student at NTI. Western Daughters is a grass-fed and pasture-raised butcher shop located in Denver Colorado. Their focus is on how food can heal land, bodies, and communities and we are all big fans of their business and mission at NTI!

Kate Kavanaugh talks today about what led her to start Western Daughters, why she chose NTI for her holistic nutrition education, and what her future plans are for her business once she graduates from the NTMC program.

*Kate was recording from a rural location in New York where her connection wasn’t the greatest. This has caused some pixelation and visual disturbances in the video.
