4-Part Webinar Series on Emotional Eating
Open to all NTI Students and Graduates, in January 2021.
Healthy eating and lifestyles go much deeper than just the food on the plate. There are feelings and cravings that drive food choices and the ability to stick to a healthy eating plan. In this seminar, you will gain in-depth knowledge on what emotional eating is (and isn’t) and its vast influence on diet decisions and self-esteem. You will learn insights and strategies to identify emotional eating patterns and how to help your clients find nourishment beyond food.
Using clinically relevant material for the nutrition therapist (CNTP, MNT, NTM), the webinar series will cover concepts from the psychology of eating, anatomy, neuroscience, gut health, the role of specific nutrients, and more. You will be prepared to apply a new knowledge of emotional eating to your practice. If you are interested in helping your clients to become more self-aware, with a positive relationship with food, then this is the seminar for you.
This seminar is provided by a special guest instructor, Amber Stevens, Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Author of the book Food, Feelings and Freedom: The End to Emotional Eating

Cost: $180 for NTI Students and Graduates (This is a $69 savings over the regular $249 practitioner cost)

A full refund minus a $15 processing fee will be given to participants who cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the event.
After the 24 hour cancellation window, no refunds will be issued.
