In this episode of the NTI PodTalk, we are flipping the script! Today we are going to hear from NTI director and PodTalk host, Dianne Koehler. Dianne is teaching Vibrant Aging: A Cognitive Health and Mobility Workshop, a 2-part workshop on March 23 and April 20, and she wants to tell you all about it! About Dianne Koehler
Dianne has been a leader in the field of nutrition education for 15 years. Her interest in this subject stems from watching a family member experience the debilitating effects of cognitive decline, compromised mobility, and incontinence. She is now on a mission to share what she knows to help others avert this same fate and achieve vibrant aging!
