Culturing dairy is an age-old method of preserving milk.  In this class, you will learn about cultured dairy foods, including the nutritional benefits and process of making them.  You will get hands-on experience making yogurt and take home your ready-to-ferment final product. Note: we will be using cow’s milk for yogurt making in this class.

Dianne Koehler, Nutrition Therapy Institute Director

Taught by Dianne Koehler, NTI Director. Dianne has been a leader in the field of nutrition education for 15 years. She is committed to helping people realize their optimal wellness potential through recognizing the full and inescapable impact of their food choices.

    • June 15, 2024 – Registration for this class is now closed

  • Time: 10 am-12 pm (MT)

  • In-person only, at Nutrition Therapy Institute

Ticket Price:

  • $45

Registration Deadlines:

  • Thursday, June 13th for the June 15th class
  • Thursday, July 18th for the July 20th class

Refund Policy:

If NTI cancels the event, all participants will get a full refund of their purchased ticket price. A $15 processing fee will be assessed for participants who cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the event. After the 72-hour cancellation window, no refunds will be issued.
