Get back to basics with Nutrition Therapy Institute! Join us from the comfort of your home kitchen, no matter where you are located, for a 2-hour hands-on virtual cooking class with Chef Meghan McGee. Chef Meghan will lead you through making your own homemade broth along with a cozy & nourishing soup to enjoy for dinner.

Before the class, you will receive a shopping list in your email so that you are set up for success. Chef Meghan will integrate slow food concepts and mindful cooking tips throughout the class and make this an intimate gathering for the NTI community – both near and far.

Recipe cards will be provided after the event so you can keep them for your recipe box. Recordings will not be provided.

About Your Host:

Natural Food Chef Meghan McGee.Meghan was blessed to have found a passion for health at an early age. She studied Health and Wellness Promotion and Nutrition in college and graduated with a Bachelor of Science. After graduating, Meghan was unsure how she was going to use her degree and she loved gaining all the knowledge she could get, so she enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and got a health coach certification a year later. Meghan dabbled in health coaching and other wellness jobs, but nothing really filled her cup.

In her early 20’s, Meghan was diagnosed with Lyme disease after many years of searching for answers. During that time, Meghan dove into all the holistic health and nutrition information she could find and built a foundation for herself.

Looking back, Meghan is grateful for those experiences because they really fueled her journey to NTI.
Meghan graduated from the NFC program in the Spring of 2021. She now teaches cooking classes at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and offers private cooking classes in the homes of her clients. Meghan has a deep-rooted passion for slow food and aspires to continue sharing that passion with her community and beyond.

12 pm (MT), Tuesday, October 15th

Refund Policy:

If NTI cancels the event, all participants will get a full refund of their purchased ticket price. A $15 processing fee will be assessed for participants who cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the event. After the 72-hour cancellation window, no refunds will be issued.
