As an Integrated Clinical Nutrition Therapist, health educator, author, and intuitive chef for 20 years, Erin empowers people to cultivate a mindful relationship with their body, their creativity, with nature, and their own nourishment. She believes what you eat, think, and how you live are potent forms of prevention and medicine. Her clients receive individualized care addressing their nutrition and any health concerns. She coaches her fellow holistic health practitioners through her online mentor group and also shares her expertise as the Nutrition Director at Roots & Branches Integrative Healthcare in Louisville, Colorado. She’s currently creating a variety of books and courses for both healthcare professionals and her fellow humans.
