About Katie
With an interest in human performance and excellence, Katie’s career incorporates strength and conditioning, sport and performance psychology, personal cheffing, and nutrition. She runs functional labs that use tighter “optimal” ranges to catch internal dysfunction early so it can be corrected through diet and lifestyle shifts to restore function and optimize performance. Through understanding each client’s interests and motivations, Katie creates customized programs where she educates and coaches clients on nutrition, exercise, recovery, and stress management to support achieving their health and performance goals.
