Postpartum Depletion: Prevention and Strategies

Postpartum depletion is a very common struggle for new moms everywhere. Unfortunately, mothers are often told their feelings are “normal” and their concerns are not taken seriously when they seek help with low mood, anxiety, sleep disturbance, brain fog, fatigue, hair loss, and more. With the right tools, these symptoms can be prevented as long as proper plans are in place before birth to support the postpartum period for new moms.

About the Host: Dr. Jessie Miller

NTI is proud to host Dr. Jessie Miller, ND from Foundations Family Medicine for an engaging online class in which she will explain practical tips and evidence-based insights for creating a holistic postpartum plan using nutrition, community support, targeted nutraceuticals, and lifestyle.

Dr. Jessie Miller is a Naturopathic doctor based in Wheat Ridge, CO. She focuses on women’s health, digestive health, and pediatrics. Dr. Miller’s holistic approach to delivering healthcare includes assessing and treating with lifestyle, nutrition, labs – both basic and functional, herbal medicine, and physical medicine.
