In this episode of the NTI PodTalk, Dianne talks with NTI graduate, Liz Sanfilippo.
About Liz Sanfilippo
Liz is a Nutrition Therapy Master and Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition®. Liz also maintains certification in Classical Yoga (RYT 200) and Mindful Eating. Liz found her passion for mind-body wellness through her curiosity and fascination for how trauma and prolonged stress manifest as physical symptoms in the body. She now guides women in creating a wellness routine that supports their mental and physical health. Through coaching and self-discovery, women learn how to use food, exercise, rest, and stress management in combination with the skills they’re developing in therapy to find more peace, joy, and long-term health.
